Wondering if an antec neoeco 620w PSU will be enough for a i7 9700k and a 2070 super, its 80+ bronze , although if i recall correctly efficiency drops above 50% load anyway, if its not sufficient are there any modular PSU's you could recommend for my setup?

Nope. I kind of wish I was since I'd make some money from my time here...

The focus gold units are pretty cheap compared to their similar quality competitors.

As proof, heres another good option: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/xTMwrH/evga-supernova-g1-750w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-120-gp-0750-x1
G2 or G3? Sure. But the old G1 from five years ago? No way. They discontinued it quickly for a reason. :D

Mediocre voltage regulation and high +5V ripple.

At least it's not a bomb, but that PSU shouldn't be on the top of anyone's recommended list.
