Question Will an ASUS PCE wifi card be compatible in my Gigabyte B450M DS3H?

I have a Gigabyte B450M DS3H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard and i recently bought an Asus PCE-AC56 for a steal. However i dont know if it'll fit in the last slot in my motherboard or how to install it really... can anyone help with an answer and maybe in install video to help me further? Thanks everyone in advance!
P.s. i should mention i have a EVGA GeForce GTX 1660 SC Dual fan as a graphics card.

Your only PCIe slot available for use on that motherboard after populating the first PCIe slot with the GTX1660 SC, is the 3rd slot on the motherboard, lower down the order. The lowest slot is a PCIe x16 slot but it's wired for x4. The PCIe x1 slot just below the first PCIe x16 slot will get covered by your GPU so that's rendered useless.
