Will an ATX Motherboard fit in a mATX Case?

Solution
The case would have to be big enough and have a large enough empty space for a larger board.

The case you link is just big enough for mATX by the look of things.

You may be better off getting a case that fits the board(may have to look used to get in the budget). Some smaller ATX cases move stuff and are not much larger than standard mATX cases.

Would there be any way for it to work? Like maybe just some jerry-rigging to do something with it. I know it probably wouldn't be ideal but I want to know if there would be any way like say moving a hard drive around or a psu around or anything?

Generally speaking, it won't even physically fit (if it would, then most companies would put in the standoffs and advertise it as an ATX case too), and even when it does, you're leaving part of a crucial part that can be damaged by leverage floating around. Nobody responsible can recommend this, for good reason.
