I'm upgrading my Cybertron patriot, and I was wondering if an AM3 ATX mobo would fit in the case

yes. copy and paste the chassis model into google. look at specs. BRINGO! supports micro-atx and atx motherboards. its that easy.

Probably not . Looks like an m-ATX case so an ATX board will not fit .

Count the expansions slots at the rear . If it has 4 its m-ATX
