This is the motherboard:
GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-SLI LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

These are the two cases I'm interested in:
Cooler Master HAF 922 - High Air Flow Mid Tower

Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower

I'm having trouble deciding which one to go with, but more of an issue is, will the motherboard fit properly into either of those mid ATX towers?

Solution
An ATX mid tower case should be able to accommodate a Micro-ATX or ATX size motherboard, just don't buy an Extended-ATX motherboard unless you have a full size tower.

That's great, thank you so much for the information and the quick reply. If I post my build, would you check it out for me? Feel free not to, you already answered my question completely, but I'm about to order and am looking for feedback.

This but with a gaming keyboard/mouse combo and a slightly cheaper and less heavy CPU cooler.

That's a solid build. If you are trying to save money on a CPU cooler, the coolers that Intel ships with their boxed CPUs are comparable to many third party air coolers and will stand up to moderate over clocking.

So you're saying the heatsink and built in fan should be sufficient? A lot of people say they are total crap, it saddens me that a firm developing this kind of tech has fans that everyone claims are god awful.
