Will an AX860 have everything needed for an R9 290?

Just what the question says! ( Cables, wattage , the 12V rail thingy , whatever that is etc etc.)
Also, same question, but for 2 x 290.

Yes, the AX860 can run (2) R9-290 GPU's without an issue. All connectors are present, no need for adapters etc.
