So I want to get the GTX 750 ti and my current pc has a gt 730. I just need to upgrade my psu to support the gtx 750 (if it can fit).

And the GPU will work on a PCI 16x slot right?

So long as that is a PCI-Express slot that card is in in the pic, then yes.
