Will an FX 6300 Vishera 3.5ghz bottleneck a R9 290x

If so, by how much? Like computer breaking? I'm not ready to upgrade CPU's just yet. But I'm thinking of getting the r9 290x as a GPU because I want to play SWBF.

have the same set up. i feel like there is some small bottlenecking, but nothing bad. my cpu is OC'ed to 4.7 though, so that might help if you need it (dont try to get it that high, but a modest OC will help) i would recommend the 390 over the 290x, based on how ive seen some other rigs perform, but its purely anecdotal.

they are usually around the same price, but i think the 390's are a bit cheaper right now
