Will an 8350 bottleneck 2 780ti's at 4k?

I would say yes. I don't think you should run sli 780 tis with anything but an i7 4770k.

I had an FX-8350 and a 780 Ti combo and yes it definitely held my 780 Ti back quite a bit even at 1080p. Switching to 4770k yielded a huge difference in performance in Skyrim and BF4.

I imagine the bottleneck would be even more apparent in a SLI configuration.
