Will an i3-4130 bottleneck a GT 1030?

I usually play games like COD MW2 & BO, Battlefield 3, Max Payne 3, Mafia series, Borderlands 2 and TPS, Hitman, Sniper Elite series, NFS series, Civilization V, etc. I have a 1600 X 900 monitor.

Will my CPU reach 100% usage before the GPU in playing these games?

Edit: I'll purchase the newer games of these series as well after installing the graphics card like Battlefield 1, Civilization VI, etc. So what about those?

I am not sure but 1600 X 900 and 1920 X 1080 have the same aspect ratio i.e. 16:9. So I hope it does.

I think most new games support the lower resolutions because I generally play 1920x1080 and I'm always scrolling past all the lower resolutions....and these are relatively new games....1 year or less. As I said up above....I think you will 100% the graphics card way before the processor.

The 1030GT is a low power card. No way are you going to get bottlenecked by a 4th gen i5. Not a chance. If anything your GPU will be what maxes out at 100% first.

If you are thinking about bottlenecks I would look at the 1050 or 1050 Ti. The 1030GT is not a card that is designed for heavy gaming.

Even if you got a 1050 Ti, an i3-4130 would not bottleneck it. It would take something slower than an i3-3250 or an FX 6300 to get into bottleneck territory with a 1050 Ti, which is over 100% more powerful than a 1030 GT.

You still should consider maybe upping the CPU to a i5 or i7 on your socket and going up to 1050 or 1050 Ti to complement it. If anything your graphics card choice will be what bottlenecks you trying to play games like Battlefield 1. The 1030GT isn't designed for those kinds of games trust me I've benchmarked this card in these games myself.
