Will an i3 4160 bottleneck a R9 380 4gb?

I want to build a new computer. I was wondering if I could have an i3 4160 with a R9 380 4gb with 8gb of DDR3-1600 ram? Will it bottleneck? Also please check out my build and see if it's alright. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/q2CCHx

my A10-7850K doesnt bottleneck my R9 380 and 285 in crossfire,so no,it shouldnt.
