I built my system around 3 yrs ago, and i hardly know what I'm doing then

My current setup is as follows:

CPU: Intel core i5 3470 3.20GHz
RAM: Kingston Hyper X blue 16Gb (2x8GB) 1600MHz
Mobo: Asus P8Z77-V-LE-Plus
GPU: Zotac GeForce GTX 970 AMP! Omega 4Gb
HDD1: Seagate SSHD 1TB sata 6Gb/s 7200rpm

recently bought the GTX 970, and i'm wondering if there is a bottleneck from the CPU, or if not, from the other components. Planning on installing an SSD for OS boot. Do i have to upgrade CPU + Mobo?

rig mostly used for gaming

thanks in advance

Solution
there is no bottleneck anyplace in your system, not even close.

I have a similar setup but with an i5 2500k OC and I have no issues with any game except I need more GPU power.

evga gtx 970 acx 2.0 is the version i purchased
