I have an i5 4570 on an Asrock B85 Fatality board with 8GB DDR3 ram with coolermaster 700w bronze psu. I want to upgrade to a gtx 1070. Will there be bottleneck ? Some say yes specially for CPU hungry game; some say no. This say there will be bottleneck, https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EQOWVLxk0DOFXKfzCmz9lEZ-qpMb7mIvt8KUYek69A8/edit#gid=0
I will be playing in 1080p. I just want to know if i can max out various games such as ME Andromeda, Hitman, Deus Ex MD, Far Cry Primal, GTA 5, etc and upcoming AAA games at a constant 60 fps. Its really important to know before I pay such much money for a 1070. What do you think ? Some say go for 1060 or 580. They are enough for 1080p currently but an 1070 will be more future proof which i seek.
Some say that the bottleneck is gone in higher resolution. What if I select a higher custom resolution in my 1080p monitor and play game assuming I can do this with Nvidia GPU since it was possible in my previous AMD r9 290 and Radeon crimson driver.

1070 is good chose. There will be two bottlenecks :
1. 8GB ram is not enough for Andromeda for sure ( i finish playing it after 4-5 h it hit my limit 16GB not sure is this a ram leak bug for 1080p it request 8 GB only for the game)
2. The CPU on most AAA games you want to play will be at 90% and you dont have 4570k so you cant overclock DDR3-1333/1600, DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.5V

If you to expect to play on full video but one step lower on high you wont have issues getting 1070 or 1060, but RAM upgrade will is what you should think for sure for this games.

I play ME Andromeda with 8 GB ddr3 with an r9 290. High/Medium setting and 40-60 fps. I didnt see the ram usage.
I think i can overclock the non k cpu because my motherboard allows it but but i don't want to. its outof warranty period and i dont wanna fry anything. so, you are telling me with this cpu and 1070 i cant hit constant 60 fps at ultra ? and i also need rap upgrade ? more 8 gb ?
