The title says it all. I have an i5-6400 running at 3.3 GHz with a Hyper 212 Black air cooler. I wanted to upgrade from my RX 480 to an RTX 2070 in preparation for the new games coming out this and next year. I'd like to know if my processor will bottleneck the RTX 2070, as there's no point in spending ~500 USD on a card I can't properly utilize. I game at 1080p (don't have a higher res monitor) 60FPS, so I'm not concerned about gaming at higher resolutions. If the CPU and GPU work together fine then great! If not, what processor/mobo should I upgrade to? On a side note, should I wait for the "Super" cards/Navi cards to come out this July before going for a new GPU?
Full Specs:
CPU: i5-6400
GPU: RX 480
RAM: 2x8gb 2400MHz DDR4
MOBO: Asus Z-170A
PSU: EVGA 650 Watt
Storage: 1xHDD @7200 RPM 1tb, 1xSSD 120gb

There are some CPU heavy games that the CPU will hold the card back. For 1080P gaming you will be just as happy with RTX2060.
I was eyeing the RTX 2060 as it's cheaper and a better fit for my CPU. However, I was unsure if the RTX 2060 could give me stable FPS in games where Ray-Tracing is enabled (one of the big sells for RTX cards). I also wanted my new card to last me longer than my RX 480 (love it but it can't play modern games at Ultra 1080p 60fps). Should I also wait for the refreshed RTX cards that are rumoured to come out this July? I've been told they could result in a price drop for earlier RTX cards but I'm unsure how much of this statement is true.
