I am thinking of buying a GT 1030 for my PC but will my Intel Core i3 3240T bottleneck it assuming that the CPU is paired with 4gb ddr3 1600mhz(4x2)?
A GT 1030 is going to be much more useable compared to Intel HD Graphics 2500.
I will mostly be playing games on 1366x768,not gonna play modern games like Fortnite or COD Warzone, etc.
I am only going to play games like Minecraft,Terraria,CSGO and old games from the 2000s and maybe some GTA 5.
I would truly appreciate any form of help 😀

"bottleneck" is a useless term.

Your question should be..."Will a GT 1030 perform better than the iGPU in the CPU?"
The answer is Yes.

'how much' is only known after you start playing.
You should be looking at a 4th gen Intel processor to pair that discrete GPU. Could you please parse the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:

include the age of the PSU in your build, apart from it's make and model.
