THe max length for the gpu is 12.5 inches in this case. The length of the MSI 1070 is only 11 inches. So yes.

A: This chassis will fit a video card that is no longer than 320mm(12.6").

The MSI Gaming X has a length of 279mm, should be a comfortable fit.
