Will an old coax cable work with a MOCA adapter?

I live in an older house where there are older coax cables installed in the house that i cant really replace, would a MOCA adapter work well if i were to use it using the older cable?

It works best on RG6 but it might work on the older stuff. The larger issue is going to be if you have old line spliters. Some of those old models do not pass the frequencies used by moca...and even the newer digital cable.

No way to know until you try. Splitters are ez enough to replace as long as you know where they are (duh!).
