Will an r7 265 graphics card fit into my cabinet?

I want to know whether an r7 265 graphics card(http://www.snapdeal.com/product/sapphire-radeon-r7-265-dualx/698181939#prdsc) would fit into my iball i9090 cabinet(http://www.iball.co.in/Product/i9090/281).And also will this iball MARATHON 500 W be sufficient for this card(http://www.iball.co.in/Product/Marathon---500W-Peak/71) or do I have to buy an Antec vp450(http://www.snapdeal.com/product/antec-vp450p-smps/1251897).Please help me out...

Yes it will fit and you will want to replace the power supply if you plan on pushing the Card at all. The Antec will work but a 500W supply would be a better option especially if your running a AMD CPU.
