Will an RX 560 4gb LP work with a 240W power supply?

I have a Dell Inspiron 3650 and I added a GT 730 1 gb. I'm looking to upgrade to an RX 560 4 gb LP and I was wondering if my 240W power supply would be sufficient. I saw that it only consumes 60W. But I'm asking before I do end up buying something

Specs: Intel core i5 6400 Skylake
WD Blue 1T HDD 7200RPM
12GB DDR3
240W PSU
Custom Dell MB
Custom Dell Disk Drive

Not so.

This is one of the standard from-the-factory configurations. Further, the 12V rails can provide the full power rated from the PSU. Actually, oddly, one of the 12V rails is rated at 16.0A and the other at 16.5A, which would be 32.5A, thus 390W total. Obviously that doesn't make sense, and the power is limited to 240W.

Also, it's a very oddball PSU form factor - I don't think there's any way to upgrade it. It has an 8-pin and a 4-pin connector for the motherboard. Maybe Dell has a version that makes more power, but I'm not sure.

That all said, the i5-6400 is a 65W processor. Add the RX560's 75W, and you're talking 140W...
Whoah, whoah, whoah, you shouldn't be using that weak of a power supply at all. You should get a 400W before doing further upgrades, that little power could be very problematic even with just the 730. The power supply is the last thing you want to cheap out on. You should get an 80+ Bronze Certified 400W-450W model like this one

The ONLY downside is if the video card in question requires a 6-pin PCIe connector. If so, you can't use it.
