My pc confguration is Dual core E5200 Overclocked to 3.00 ghz.
4gb Ram Kingston 800 DDR2
1 hdd 250 gb.

Your cpu won't bottleneck your gpu, you will be fine. However, don't expect to play games on ultra because you won't with that card.

I dont need ultra i wanna play on Low-Medium but on my resolution 1440x900 because my old gt210 i play them on low resolution and low grafic so i think from gt210 to hd7750 will be a difference no?And i find the hd7750 at 65 Euros with all the cost.

You will get higher fps in games with the 7750. You are good to go

The HD7750 will be a massive upgrade from the GT 210, it will play well with the rest of your rig.
