Question Will android apps on windows 11 work with AMD processors?

I have read about IBT(Intel Bridge Technology) and how it is going to help in running android apps natively on windows. But does this means that only Intel chips will support android apps? If so then when is AMD planning to launch its compiler?

It'll likely run on AMD processors, but likely at worse performance if the compiler is using something on Intel's processors. Or just because it's not an Intel processor.

Whether or not AMD releases their own thing is up in the air.
