my pc parts:
1. AMD Phenom 2 x2 560
2. Asus M4A88T-M Mobo
3. 2x2gb Ram
4. 2 HDD's and DVD rom
Recently I had purchased Seasonic eco 430w(https://seasonic.com/product/eco-430/), but it was not working on my pc because it has low 3.3v and 5v power, but it was working on my friend's Pc Which has intel pc, and then i tried again in my other friend's Pc which uses same amd am3+ processor it was not working there also, So in Final words Seasonic eco 430 is not compatible with am3/am3+ chipsets!! My Money Wasted! 🙁 PSU is not faulty

So I am Worried a lot Buying This VP450P, Will it work with am3/am3+ chipsets?
Please reply Thanks!

Based on the specifications for the ECO-430, it should be able to power both the AMD and Intel based systems. But because it is not, apparently, supplying sufficient power on the minor voltage rails for the AMD based systems, it therefore must be partly faulty, even though it powers Intel based system fine.

Good luck with the VP450P!
OK.

The SeaSonic ECO-430 should in theory be capable of supplying the required ~ 190 W for this system. The power requirement for +5 V and +3.3 V are also within the specification of the ECO-430.

However, the 5 V and 3.3 V power are getting close to the limit of this particular PSU capability, and it may be that this PSU may be (semi) faulty and unable to supply the required power to these minor voltage rails.

The Antec VP450P has greater power capacity on the +5 V and +3.3 V rails compared to the ECO-430, so there should not be any difficulty in providing power on these minor voltage rails. But note that this PSU uses some lower grade components, so this VP450P PSU reliability and durability is questionable, and is not really a recommended alternative PSU to the ECO-430.

Thanks!, by the way Seasonic eco 430 is not faulty, my friend's intel ivy bridge pc works perfectly with it, we ran it for 3+ hours...so basically it is for intel based pc's...

And none of my pc part is faulty, my pc runs fine with a old cheap $10 psu which has 35A 5v rail and 30A 3.3v rail.....

But Vp450p will be better than this old cheap $10 psu which i am using
