Will Any DDR3 Memory fit in this board?

I am looking at building a budget Dual CPU Gaming PC, and have found a server board that will fit all other components, and I would like to know if it can fit any DDR3 memory, or if it had to be a certain type of memory. The motherboard is an Intel S5520HC Dual Xeon Server Board.
