Does any branded motherboard such as from the vendors like Dell and Hp fit in casing like Gigabyte Sumo Alpha mid tower casing. Any help, advice, and suggestion would be very greatly appreciated/thanks in advance....

The ATX form factor is an industry standard. There are 3 basic sizes that Asus and GB use. EATX (Extended) is the one you want to look out for since it will not fit in a mid size case. Luckily those companies don't use those sized boards in 99.9% of their builds so you should have nothing to worry about. All other motherboards should fit into your midsize case.

Almost all should. The exception would be with something like the MSI vortex MOBO, but I doubt that is what you are thinking of.
They should all be ATX and I don't think they make EATX boards so you should be all set.

Hey gooberm thanks for the immediate reply but have you tried it before by putting any branded board into any unbranded casings like from the vendors ASUS and GIGABYTE?

So gooberm just in general knowledge and l also wanna know about it also: what do you think about that why don't we able to fit any branded or unbranded motherboards from the vendors like Dell for branded and from the vendors like ASUS or Gigabyte for unbranded in Dell or HP branded casings in replacement of their pre-installed motherboards?
For example: one standard size ATX form factor motherboard from the vendors like ASUS and Gigabyte in the such casings from the vendor like Dell in the casings like: Dell optiplex 745 or 755 because they also contain the standard size ATX form factor motherboards.

Sorry for the long response time. You're question is actually right, sorry if I worded it wrong. All ATX form factor boards should fit into all ATX cases as long as the case is big enough. For example most Dell and ASUS cases are mid size cases meaning the wont take an extended ATX board - only regular ATX or smaller.
