Will any of these GPU's run fine with my PSU?

I currently have a HP Pavilion a1730n computer and want to make a quick upgrade. Will the Gefore GT 610 or the Radeon HD 6570 work on this PSU? Also, out of the two cards, which would be better?

6570 is much better, and both will run on the PSU.
