Will any of these two graphics cards work on my dell inspiron

I need a graphics card for a certain reason, you guys told me it has to be pci one to be compatible with my dell inspiron 530. The first one is a DELL J9133 ATI Radeon X600 128MB PCIe Video Graphics Card DVI S-Video, and the second one is Dell Silicon Image Orion DVI PCI-E Video Graphics Card X8760. They are both fairly old graphics cards and I need to know if they will work before buying them online.

Can you link to the thread where they told you to get a PCI 1.0? That dell and there's a normal PCIe in it, so it is able to work with any gpu you'd choose.
