Will arctic freezer 11 LP cooler fit into Asrock b250M-HDV micro atx MOBO?

i have $20 USD to spend on a cpu cooler to replace my factory intel i3 7100 kaby lake one! i want the arctic freezer 11 LP. im worried about clearance and dont trust pcpartpicker. Also have an asus strix RX470 rog edition GPU. WILL it fit? i have 2 avexir ram sticks whixh is almost flush with my intel heatink. If not, what do yall recommend that will fit? plz help

It's scarcely larger than OEM coolers so you should not have any problems.
