Will ASRock H61M-DGS m/board support DDR4 RAM

I have the ASRock H61M-DGS motherboard and every time I boot up my PC it shows 100% RAM usage. I want to upgrade my RAM so I wanted to know if this would work on the motherboard.
Timetec Hynix IC 16GB Kit (2x8GB) DDR3 1600MHz PC3-12800 Non ECC Unbuffered

Or are there any better ones out there?

DDR4.... NO way but that DDR3 should run just fine.
