Question Will Asus CrashFree Bios 3.0 update the Bios with incompatible CPU installed ?

Hello everyone,

I am doing some troubleshooting since my new build doesn't boot and I think the Problem might be me not knowing how CrashFree Bios 3.0 works.
I bought an Asus TUF Gaming b660m Plus WIFI with a 13700k and thought I could update the Bios with CrashFree Bios 3.0 but now I am not so certain anymore.
Does anyone know if that should work? For some reason my Friend that has the same build with a 13600k was able to do it maybe his Motherboard came updated already?

Manual for motherboard/bios. E19859_TUF_GAMING_B660M-PLUS_WIFI_UM_v2_WEB.pdf You need at least bios number 1620, there is only one more update after that. If you know anybody with a core i3-1200 series model that is willing to let you use it to install the proper bios. They will work with any bios on that motherboard.
