Will ASUS H81M-E support i3 4130 out of the box?

I've been wondering, but will an ASUS H81M-E mobo support i3-4130 out of the box? What if the motherboard was sitting in the store for a long time? Will it need a BIOS update? It will be a pain to update the BIOS because I don't know how to do it, and I doubt even the stores will make me pay here in our place.

That processor should work with that motherboard right out of the box. It appears it's supported by the earliest BIOS version (0211)
