Will ASUS P5KPL/1600 support Windows 10?

Hello! I am doing a used PC build for christmas (for myself) and i'd like to know if i will be able to install windows 10 (and drivers) on this hardware configuration

motherboard-ASUS P5KPL/1600
cpu- Xeon E5440
ram- 4x1GB 800mhz DDR2

I've heard some old motherboards do not support windows 10, and if this one doesnt would this one:

motherboard-GIGABYTE GA-965P-DQ6
cpu Xeon E5450
ram 2x2GB 800mhz DDR2
I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, i'm just on a really tight budget and dont want to waste my money.

You may need to update BIOS but W10 works with that chipset. You can download and try W10 for a month at least for free.

will it run on the gigabyte one? It has drivers for windows 7 on the gigabyte website
