Will asus strix 1070ti block my PCI-e slot

Hello,

I have an MSI H81M-E33 motherboard and im thinking of upgrading my 960 to a ASUS STRIX 1070ti, i use an elgato hd60 pro in the Pci-e express slot underneath. will the asus strix be too big and block my pci-e expess slot for my elgato? any help is appreciated.

looks like it will block, but i think you can use the pci-e 1x on top of the x16 slot? i see the elgato hd60 pro is a pcie 1x card.
