RAM: 2x8 16 GB kingston 2444 mhz
STORAGE: Colorful SL500 1 tera SSD and 500 gb ST3500413AS HDD

You can get better quality Gold maybe Platinum models for that price. Here's a better unit for a comparable price:
https://www.amazon.com/Super-Flower-Fanless-Modular-SF-650F14HG/dp/B07TGJ58SN

EDIT: Since the Asus Bronze models are recent we have no detailed information on quality or testing. It will take some time to find out more about them. The 650W is currently selling for $111 on Newegg.

Thank you for this but I'm on a budget as ridiculous as that sounds, I only got around 830 usd to spend and I'm not from the USA so shipping might even cost more and the psu above is the only available and "dependable" one in where I live at, I live in a pretty small place in the Philippines. All the other PSUs that I have checked are all low-rated for some reason :(

How much does the Asus sell for in Philippine currency?

To understand about Efficiency rate of power supplies look at this table :

It is all about how much Energy you keep when you convert the voltage from 220 to 12V

That is Energy lost (in form of heat) nothing else . The output wattage will be the same.
