Will ATI Radeon HD3000 series card support dual monitor set-up

I plan to use Dual Monitors for my applications, so that I can run multiple applications on both monitors.
I plan to purchase a system that has ATI Radeon HD 3000 series graphic display card. Please advise if it will support my dual monitor set-up.
Also, please suggest other in-expensive cards that may support my application.

Do you know which model the system includes?

And if you are looking to add a different GPU, what resolution are the monitors and what types of applications will you use? Knowing those will help narrow down which GPU would work best for you. Again, that's if you plan to get a different GPU.
