Question Will B650E Support Zen 5?

I am upgrading my PC soon. As has been true with B550 to X570, I feel that B650E is enough for me and I don't need the extra features of X670E.

I am planning to buy a B650E ITX motherboard.

Will B650E support Zen 5 (without BIOS updates)?

Extra question. Should I buy 7600 and wait for 8950X3D or just buy 7950X3D?

The reason I ask this question is because I don't know if it's worth it to wait for Zen 5 or if I should just buy Zen 4.

Yes, AMD is promising at least 3-4 years of socket and chipset compatibility and next gem Ryzen is just around the corner but today's BIOS will most certainly have to be updated. BIOS versions are getting updated anyway pretty often (it's new platform and it takes a year or so to stabilize). Luckily updating BIOS in modern MBs is quite easy.
As for extra question.you have quite a spread in values and performance and that depends only only on money willing to spend and time willing to wait.

AMD said this, too, back when AM4 happened. Usually, the B series get the short end of the stick.

I forgot to tell about the time that I am willing to wait for.

It depends on the context:
1. Normally, Q3 2024 is the longest that I can wait, however,
2. I am applying for as many remote jobs as they make sense for me. If I happen to get a Game Developer job, then Q3 2023 is the longest that I can wait, and I have to buy at least a 7600, since my 1500X isn't going to cut it.
3. If I buy a temporary CPU for my motherboard, I will install my current GPU, the GTX 1070 to the case. If this is the case, then I can wait until H1 2025 for the CPU and GPU upgrade.
4. I can't sell my temporary CPU, because there are significantly less PC builders in my country. I live in SE Asia, so delivery costs to America or Europe do not make sense. So, for all intents and purposes, I can't resell it.

So I retired well before the work from home thing happened but does a company not provide a pc when you need a powerful pc to do the job. If you worked in a office they would provide the pc plus a desk/chair/power etc and the pc itself is the smaller part of the costs.
The people I know that worked from home on some things just used their personal computer to remote into the more powerful machine in the company office.

I didn't wait. I pulled the trigger on AM5 and 7950x3D because I can always swap out for the newest latest and greatest processor down the road.

"B" series as in chipset ?
You also took in consideration lowest and highest models of Ryzen but they are too far apart to be only choices,
If you are willing to wait until 2025 you might as well invest into a lets say 5600(X) or 5700x to tidy you up with almost twice performance, if and when you have right reason,That1500x is probably next to worthless even now.
