Will backing up windows/createing a system image

The way my system is now is that I have my OS on my SSD and all my games on my HDD.

I'm wanting to know if doing this will save me the trouble of reinstalling everything on my HDD.

Reason being some of my files are corrupted and I can't connect to the internet because of it. So I'm thinking about doing a reinstal of windows.

unless you have a problem with the hdd then yes,you simply reinstall windows on the ssd and you are good to go.
