I want to ask guys , if im taking i5-7500k , psu cooler , and gtx 980 , will be enought to have FRACTAL DESIGN Integra M 550W?

The wattage is fine, the unit itself isn't the best quality but if there's no pressing reason to replace it then it should be fine. I'm assuming you mean CPU cooler, which barely uses any power at all.
