Question Will be this pc good enough for stream PC

Hello,
i recently got an Dell OptiPlex 7050 from my Dad and now i asking myself will it be enough to be a Streaming PC?
Just for the encoding.

I5-6600 @3,7ghz
DDR4 8GB
4GB KFA2 GeForce GTX 1050 Ti OC Low Profile

wanna run it at 900p 60fps

i tried without the gtx1050ti (on the way) and the computer got really under preasure (about ++80% cpu load)

thats the game pc

32GB 3200 GSKILL Ripjaws DDR4

What platform are you planning to stream your content? You might also want to share which app you've used to encode/process your content. For those specs, you should be fine at 720p 50~60fps.
