Will BitFenix Prodigy fit my build?

I have bought theese parts:

The water cooler (H100i v2) didn't fit my old Lexa NZXT case/cabinet.
I'm considering buying the BitFenix Prodigy Mini-ITX (used, 25$)

Will my parts fit in the BitFenix case?

No? The motherboard is way bigger than the case you are looking at.

You've got partpicker already, turn on compatibility checker and look at a list of available cases. Certainly not going to fit any ATX board in a Mini-ITX case of any type, let alone a 240mm water cooler.
