Will buying this give me a Windows 10 boot drive?

It's the cheapest one in Australia whilst not being shady, but I'm confused about it.

I'm expecting this, when it arrives, to be a USB flash drive which will give my just-built computer Windows 10 home 64 bit.

If I were to buy this, how would I make sure it was 64 bit?

Yes you can boot from that drive, it should automatically go with 64 bit.

That's a windows license key with the installer preloaded on a USB key. This is the standard way they sell it now, it replaces the venerable CD.

It should install 64 bit by default, you have to go out of your way to install the 32 bit version.

Correct, it comes with a USB key with it already on there.
