Will buying this give me a Windows 10 boot drive?

It's from Newegg, so there's no risks involved, but I'm really confused about this product. http://www.newegg.com/global/au/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832589063&ignorebbr=1
It's the cheapest one in Australia whilst not being shady, but I'm confused about it.

I'm expecting this, when it arrives, to be a USB flash drive which will give my just-built computer Windows 10 home 64 bit.

If I were to buy this, how would I make sure it was 64 bit?

So this means I don't have to download the Windows media creation tool on a seperate USB?
 


Correct, it comes with a USB key with it already on there.
