Will changing laptop screen effect performance?

I have an HP Envy with an i7 4170, 8 gb of ram and 240gb ssd. As of now it has a touch screen with native resolution of 1366 x 768, i want to change that to a 1080p screen because it bothers my eyes when im programming. I do not have any dedicated graphics on this laptop and i dont want to change it if its going to greatly effect my computers performance. I do not play any games on this pc just program, watch videos, and browse the web.

If no GPU intensive programs are going to be run then you will be fine as far as performance goes.
