Will cheap thermal paste affect any performace?

I was wondering, since im on a tight budget...i found dis cheap $3 thermal paste on the shop im gonna buy my PC parts in. Now idk anything about thermal paste, but i would like to know..will thermal paste affect performace or are they all the same?

It will be fine. Just use the right amount. Slightly bigger than rice sized. Like a pea sized amount.
