Just want to know when the best time to buy new computer parts would be before jan 10. I want to have time to do some research before I buy everything. This will be my first time building a pc. Thanks!

The BlackFriday/CyberMonday/Christmas 'sales' is simply a marketing term for the period of 1 Nov to 15 Jan (approx)

You just have to monitor your preferred retailers for your specific parts.

I was on the hunt for 32GB DDR3 RAM.
It was trending at ~$170. Tuesday 22 Nov it was $125. Black Friday it was back up to $165.
You just have to search and get lucky.

But don't count on actually getting anything really cheap.
A 1TB SSD for $100 doesn't count if they sell out in 5 minutes.
hard to say, the sales are not that great, really with PC in general sales are never huge. waiting until after Christmas could be worth it simply as there should be some more confirmation on AMD Zen and Vega. I view it as if you go absolutely all out finding deals versus just normally shopping for parts a little over a month from now It is unlikely that you will save more than $50.
