Question Will CL17 work with CL19?

Hello. I currently have DDR4 8GB 2666MHZ CL19. I found Online for 39€ DDR 8GB 2666MHZ CL17. Now.. Will CL19 work with CL17? Will CL17 get Latency of CL19 kit? I plan to overclock both of the Kits to 2933MHZ.

Please don't mix and match sticks of ram to get a cumulative capacity with rams. It's best you ditch the stick you currently have and pick a dual channel kit.

On second thoughts, please list the specs to your system, like so:

Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

So we know you're not simply spending on something that could've been allocated in a better way, e.g DDR4-3200MHz rams for a Ryzen or current gen Z series overclockable Intel Platform.

For that price, you would be better off saving and then buying a 2x8GB kit that is already rated for 3000-3200Mhz for 20-30€ more.
