Thanks man for pointing it out, I do not want my fresh PC end up charred because of the bad PSU, Unfortunately Corsair is overpriced in my country so these are my best bet for PSU:
700W Chieftec GPS-700A8, Full
Cooler Master B Series RS-700-ACABD3-E1
Chieftec CTG-750C, 750W

Serbia.
For example Corsair CX750M is around 110 euros that is around 150 USD. I don't know why are they publishing those bad PSU, if they know what will they do to the system :pfff:

Yeah man i know how to find PC parts http://pcberza.rs/komponente/ though this site is better it shows all the shops in Belgrade with all their products and prices :). Maybe your advice can help me. According to this site http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine I need 650W PSU. So i used the link mentioned in the top of this comment/post and got these results: http://pcberza.rs/komponente/napajanja-napajanja-600w-699w/656-0-0-0/q=650w
Now i picked some of them because they seem to fit my needs and are certified
Chieftec 650W Full A-80 series CTG-650C
650W Cooler Master RS-650-AMAAB1-EU
P.S. I don't want to blow like 100€ on a PSU because I'm on a budget that is 1200€ and with all those specs i get to roughly about 1149,38€. Feel free to advise me if i need to change anything in my build. I will be primary using it for compiling some smaller programs in Visual Studio but i plan to go big and add more RAM in the future to step into 3D modeling. And besides that i will be occasionally gaming.

Yeah he helped me a lot, or I would end up with a fried PC. Anyway i think I'll be good with a stock Intel cooler due to the chips non k version. Thanks to all who helped :)
