Will Cooler Master 212 evo fit on asrock Z97E-ITX/ac

I have asrock Z97E-ITX/ac on my setup and was planning to install Cooler Master 212 evo from a friend but i don't know if it will fit since the mb is really small. Does anyone know if it fits. Please let me know and thank you!

Yes, the 212EVO will fit on an mITX board and leave you enough space to mount a GPU in the x16 slot
