Will Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO keep intel i7 6700k cool/warm under high stress or OC
and If not, what CPU cooler should I take ?

The 212 evo will do a decent job at cooling the 6700k. You should be able to OC but don't expect amazing results. No matter what cooler you put on the 6700k, you won't be able to get around the fact that it uses cheap thermal paste between the die and the IHS. This is going to mitigate any cooler's heat dissipation capacity. In addition, the 6700k has a smaller die area than previous generation intel processors. More heat in a small area.

It is a better performance, better looking cooler for the same price as evo. It is also smaller. There is no reason to take 212 evo over it
