will cooler master hyper tx3 fix my mobo

i have a msi 760gma p34fx mobo and i wanted to know if a cooler master hyper tx3 would fit it and not have any clearance issues. i know it fits my case but will it fit my mobo

It will fit; it's a small 92mm cooler.
