Will Cooler Master Thunder 450W be sufficient to power a gtx 660?

I am currently using CM thunder 450 on Dell Inspiron 580 and i am planning to get a gtx 660 so i was wonder if it be sufficient to run the 660
My pc's specs
i-5 750 2.66ghz
8 gb ddr3 1333mhz ram
1Tb wd green caviar Hard Disk
the mobo is the same that came with the system

Not real sure what Akram is smoking since you said nothing about a fan and a fan is definitely not optional on pretty much every GPU. Anyway...

Your PSU is only rated for 360W on the 12V and the TDP of the card is 140W. And its a low quality PSU. I wouldn't have ever bought it in the first place. But it does have the required GPU power connector and as long as you don't have much other stuff in the system or overclock it should be OK from a wattage perspective. Personally I'd replace the PSU with a better model though

will it help if i choose to get a 960 instead since it uses around 120 TDP?
