Will cooler master v8 be good for 3930k

I just bought a 3930k and was wondering if the cooler master v8 that i use for my i5 750 will work ok

I have a V8 on an i7, and i havent even had to turn on the fan @ 4.4 Ghz.

I also have an antec df-85 case
